The brief was to create an access from the highway to a floating mooring which will adapt to the moving water level. The inclusive design of the access ramps is to be in three elements. It is envisaged that the first two ramps from the footpath will be fixed ramps and in order to provide a robust design. The concept, whilst open to allow a
transparency to the design, is to adhere to the latest safety standards for ramped accesses.
